The Question

Nonprofits know technology could move their mission forward, but most don't have anyone they trust to guide those decisions — so tools stay disconnected, no one owns the tech stack, and teams spend their time firefighting instead of making progress.

Desired Ability

Nonprofit teams should be able to trust their technology and their data, and spend their time on the mission instead of wrestling with software.

Our Response

MissionAssist is a digital consulting studio for nonprofits — free digital audits, a prioritized roadmap service, build work, and a fractional CTO retainer, backed by original research like a benchmark study of nonprofit websites.

Notes

MissionAssist has done representative work with organizations including I See PDX, Project Access NOW, and Queen City Promise, and publishes original research benchmarking nonprofit websites. Full project narrative is being drafted — see How We Work for how we document projects as they progress.
